Position: Mechanical Design Engineer – CREO, Vacuum Design Location: Milpitas, CA (Onsite) | Fremont, California | Gloucester, MA | Start Date: Immediate Interview Mode: Phone/Video
Responsibilities:
Manage large assemblies and system layouts using reference geometry.
Design vacuum systems with strong knowledge of materials and fabrication techniques.
Develop conceptual and detailed designs using ProE/Creo and AutoCAD.
Apply expertise in manufacturing processes such as machining, welding, and sheet metal forming.
Support onsite‑offshore coordination and collaborate in a global, multi‑discipline environment.
Ensure compliance with SEMI standards (S2, S8) and semiconductor domain requirements.
Provide reverse engineering support and adapt to changing project priorities.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in 3D solid modeling with Creo (mandatory).
Experience with PLM/PDM tools such as Enovia and Windchill.
Strong knowledge of engineering materials and fabrication methods for vacuum systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Flexible, adaptive, and capable of working in a fast‑paced, multicultural organization.
Added advantage: Semiconductor industry experience and reverse engineering expertise.
Familiarity with Microsoft tools (Visio, Publisher, MS Office).
