Now, we’re looking for a Media Account Executive/Manager to join our Media Services team. In this hybrid role, you’ll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities while also managing and growing client accounts. If you’re a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for media solutions and recruitment advertising, this is the role for you!

‎ 

WHAT YOU'LL DO

1. New Business Development & Lead Conversion

  • Identify, engage, and convert internal leads into long-term clients.
  • Prospect new business opportunities within the recruitment media space, understanding client needs and offering tailored solutions.
  • Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations that showcase the value of our media solutions.
  • Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop outreach strategies that drive growth.

2. Strategic Account Management & Client Success

  • Act as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, ensuring excellent service and long-term partnership growth.
  • Build, nurture, and expand relationships with recruitment teams, hiring managers, and media partners.
  • Develop customized media strategies that align with client hiring goals and optimize recruitment advertising spend.
  • Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to analyze campaign performance and provide strategic recommendations.

3. Recruitment Media Strategy & Optimization

  • Manage job board, programmatic, and employer branding campaigns, ensuring a balance between cost efficiency and candidate quality.
  • Analyze performance data and provide clients with insights-driven recommendations to improve job ad performance.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and innovations, incorporating the latest recruitment media solutions into client strategies.

4. Collaboration & Vendor Management

  • Work closely with job boards, programmatic platforms, and media partners to negotiate the best deals for clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, software sales, and customer success, to ensure seamless execution.
  • Act as a trusted advisor, providing data-backed recommendations that help clients achieve their hiring objectives.
