1. Customer Engagement & Impact
- Deliver high-quality, high-frequency engagement with healthcare professionals (HCPs), to enhance patient outcomes and societal impact through our medicines and vaccines by:
- Facilitating streamlined access to treatments
- Delivering science-based product information and support
- Improving patient pathways and experiences
- Elevating customer experience
- Advancing HCP knowledge to improve quality of care
- Achieve defined targets for customer engagement, impact (quality and quantity), and revenue in line with portfolio strategy.
2. Targeting & Segmentation Execution
- Execute targeting and segmentation strategies developed at the cluster and country level, ensuring that efforts are focused on the right HCPs and aligned with therapeutic area priorities
3. Product Promotion & Scientific Communication
- Demand generation across assigned portfolios. This includes delivering scientific messaging, handling objections, and tailoring communications to local market dynamics and HCP needs.
4. Field Force Excellence & Compliance
- Maintain compliance with internal policies and external regulations, while continuously improving in-call effectiveness through training and coaching.
- Comply with engagement metrics and coaching standards, supported by AI-driven insights to improve in-call effectiveness.
5. Collaboration & Feedback Loop
- Contribute to a feedback loop that informs tactical planning and strategic decisions as well as better pre-call planning.
- Collaborate with Country Portfolio Leads, medical teams and digital teams to ensure seamless execution and alignment.
Must-have:
Required Experience and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience
- Proven track record of delivering world-class scientific knowledge
- Experience engaging externally with customers to impact
- Demonstrated success in omnichannel customer interactions (face-to-face and digital)
- Knowledge of local pharmaceutical laws and regulations is an advantage
- Driving license required; must be able to drive a company car (car allowance not available)
