Position: Engagement Specialist for Anti-Piracy campaigns 

Location: 🌍 Remote (Candidates must be based in the MENA region) 

Type: 💼 Full-Time Contractor 

Compensation: 💰 Up to $1,100 USD per month ($800 fixed + up to $300 performance bonus)

The Role

 You will take ownership of customer interactions, turning data analysis into effective engagement strategies and contributing directly to the success and growth of our compliance program.

This is a role for a proactive professional looking to apply their customer engagement and analytical skills in the dynamic and impactful field of software license compliance.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Lead engagement and build relationships with customers across the MENA region, driving compliance conversations and negotiations.
  • Analyze complex investigation data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and inform campaign strategy, while ensuring CRM data integrity.
  • Own the lead development process, refining and implementing strategies to identify and qualify new compliance opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive campaign documentation and playbooks to ensure process consistency and scalability.
  • Provide strategic analysis and reporting to stakeholders on campaign performance and evolving business needs.

Required Qualifications:

  • Please note: Candidates must currently reside within the MENA (Middle East & North Africa) region to be considered for this role.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in a customer engagement, sales, account management, or business development role.
  • Demonstrated experience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to manage customer pipelines and report on metrics.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel or equivalents (e.g., Google Sheets) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Professional working proficiency in English, with excellent written, verbal, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Direct experience in software license compliance, anti-piracy, or intellectual property rights.
  • A proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance targets.
  • Experience in a role requiring investigative or analytical skills to solve complex problems.
  • Experience mentoring junior team members is a plus.

Compensation

  • Fixed Monthly Salary: $800 USD
  • Performance-Based Bonus: Up to $300 USD per month.

This provides a total target monthly earning potential of up to $1,100 USD.
