What’s in it for you

Design and develop the industrial infrastructure that powers Rangeview’s aerospace foundry. You will take ownership of engineering projects involving electrical distribution, industrial HVAC, and process utilities, supporting our current production ramp and future factory development.

What you’ll do
  • Lead MEP engineering from concept through commissioning for manufacturing expansions, industrial utility upgrades, equipment installations, and future factory development.
  • Perform engineering calculations and coordinate multidisciplinary specifications, design criteria, and utility capacity plans.
  • Engineer and coordinate electrical distribution, industrial HVAC, process cooling, compressed air, industrial gases, vacuum, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
  • Partner with Manufacturing Engineering to integrate utility requirements for melting furnaces, casting systems, and other production equipment.
  • Manage technical deliverables from external engineers and vendors, reviewing drawings, calculations, equipment selections, and system designs.
  • Support construction, resolve technical issues, and coordinate commissioning, performance verification, and engineering handover.
  • Develop scalable infrastructure standards and evaluate designs for reliability, maintainability, efficiency, and lifecycle cost.
What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of engineering experience in industrial facilities and manufacturing infrastructure.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Strong expertise in mechanical or electrical engineering, with working knowledge of multidisciplinary industrial MEP systems and process utilities.
  • Experience with engineering calculations, technical specifications, design reviews, and industrial equipment integration.
  • Familiarity with applicable engineering codes, industrial electrical distribution, HVAC, and utility infrastructure.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate contractors and engineering consultants.
  • Must be able to work full-time, W2, onsite in El Segundo, CA.
Preferred qualifications
  • Aerospace, defense, investment casting, foundry, or advanced-manufacturing experience.
  • Experience with high-temperature furnaces, vacuum systems, process cooling, industrial ventilation, or high-capacity electrical infrastructure.
  • Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, or similar engineering software and experience with industrial commissioning.
  • Experience in a rapidly scaling manufacturing startup.
Additional requirements

Must be able to work extended hours and/or weekends and travel to future manufacturing sites as needed.

Compensation

Please note that the compensation information below is a general guideline. Compensation is based on demonstrated candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

$125,000–$160,000 annually + equity
