Our client is looking for a strategic and data-driven Meta Ads Specialist to own and elevate their flagship advertising product. The company is a leader in the legal marketing space, having been recognized with multiple industry awards for innovation and client growth over the past several years.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the complete Meta Ads product, including defining its strategy, structure, and operational playbook.

  • Build, manage, and optimize both static and video campaigns to maximize visibility, engagement, and return on investment.

  • Scale advertising efforts effectively, managing a diverse portfolio of clients from small-budget local firms to high-spend competitive metro firms.

  • Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing departments to educate on product value, support client pitches, and aid in retention efforts.

  • Take charge of performance reporting, maintain detailed dashboards, and drive continuous innovation to keep the advertising product competitive.



Requirements
  • Verifiable experience managing high-budget Meta ad accounts, with a portfolio demonstrating management of at least $100,000 per month in ad spend.

  • A proven track record of building, refining, or scaling a Meta Ads product or service line.

  • Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams and direct consultation with their law firm clients.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, including advanced targeting, creative A/B testing, and budget optimization.

  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tracking KPIs and using data to inform campaign decisions.

  • Ability to balance long-term strategic planning with hands-on, daily execution.
