Company Background:

Nomad Internet is the nation’s largest provider of rural and travel-based high-speed wireless internet. Our mission is to connect underserved communities and mobile users to reliable, powerful internet access — regardless of location — using our proprietary technology and partnerships with major carriers. We are passionate about bridging the digital divide and empowering our customers with unlimited, fast, and secure connectivity wherever life takes them.

Over the years, Nomad Internet has built a strong reputation for innovation, customer service, and flexible internet solutions designed for today’s modern lifestyles.

Project Summary:

Nomad Internet is currently preparing to launch a series of new marketing campaigns to fuel customer acquisition and brand growth. Historically, our Meta (Facebook) advertising campaigns have been a key driver of sales, engagement, and brand awareness. However, after a several-month pause in our Facebook marketing activities, we are experiencing diminished performance compared to previous campaign results.

Our team recognizes the need for immediate expert intervention to diagnose the issues, optimize the account, and return our campaigns to high-performing, revenue-generating machines.

Immediate Need:

We are urgently seeking a highly experienced Meta (Facebook) advertising specialist who can step in immediately to:

  • Audit our Meta ad account in detail, including past campaigns, audience setups, creatives, bidding strategies, and account structure.

  • Identify root causes of the underperformance and areas of inefficiency.

  • Recommend actionable changes to correct issues and maximize campaign effectiveness.

  • Take over daily management of the Meta advertising account, with a goal of scaling performance profitably.

  • Coach and mentor our internal marketing team to help transfer knowledge, build internal capabilities, and ensure sustained success over the long term.

This is a mission-critical project with immediate start required. We are ready to move quickly and engage the right expert without delay.

Scope of Work:

The initial and ongoing deliverables include but are not limited to:

  1. Account Audit and Analysis

    • Full historical review of account structure, campaign types, ad creatives, audiences, pixel/data integrity, and performance metrics.

    • Identification of issues such as audience fatigue, creative stagnation, bidding inefficiencies, or structural misalignments.

  2. Strategic Recommendations

    • A detailed roadmap for restructuring campaigns, creative strategy, audience targeting, and budget allocation.

    • Tactical recommendations based on Meta's latest algorithm updates, best practices, and trends.

  3. Implementation and Management

    • Immediate restructuring and optimization of active campaigns, as needed.

    • Creation and deployment of new ads and creative testing plans if necessary.

    • Ongoing day-to-day management, performance monitoring, A/B testing, and budget optimization to maximize ROAS.

  4. Coaching and Knowledge Transfer

    • Regular coaching sessions with Nomad Internet’s internal marketing team.

    • Development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for long-term Meta campaign management.

  5. Reporting and Communication

    • Weekly performance reports with key metrics, insights, and next steps.

    • Open lines of communication for agile strategy adjustments based on market trends and campaign data.

RequirementsDesired Qualifications:

We are seeking a professional who brings the following experience and expertise:

  • Demonstrated success managing and scaling Meta ad accounts with budgets of $50,000+ per month.

  • Deep understanding of the full Meta advertising ecosystem, including campaign types, attribution models, audience segmentation, creative best practices, and bidding strategies.

  • Proven track record of turning around underperforming accounts and achieving strong ROAS improvements.

  • Experience working with direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands, subscription-based services, or technology/wireless industries is highly desirable.

  • Knowledge of cross-channel performance strategies (e.g., Meta + Google, TikTok, etc.) is a plus.

  • Ability to work independently and deliver fast results with a highly proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Project Timeline:
  • Immediate Start: We are ready to begin as soon as the right expert is identified.

  • Initial Audit and Plan: Within the first 5 business days.

  • Implementation and Management: Ongoing, with initial 90-day engagement subject to performance review and renewal.

Engagement Details:

Please include in your proposal:

  • A summary of your qualifications and relevant experience.

  • Examples of similar account recoveries or case studies.

  • Your availability to start.

  • Your fee structure (including pricing for audit, setup, and ongoing management).
