Müller's Solutions is looking for a talented Microsoft Dynamics CRM Functional Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be instrumental in helping clients optimize their customer relationship management processes through the effective implementation and customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions. You will work closely with clients to assess their needs, streamline their operations, and enhance customer interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to gather detailed business requirements and understand their CRM processes.
  • Configure and customize Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications to align with client objectives, focusing on modules such as Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
  • Develop functional specifications and documentation to guide technical teams during implementation.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support clients during the go-live phase.
  • Conduct training sessions for users to ensure effective adoption and utilization of the CRM system.
  • Provide ongoing support and advice to clients, helping them leverage Dynamics CRM features to improve customer engagement and reporting.
  • Stay informed of new features, updates, and best practices in the Microsoft Dynamics CRM space to offer strategic insights to clients.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM in a functional consulting capacity.
  • Proven knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules, especially in Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service.
  • Strong business analysis skills to effectively document and translate user requirements into CRM solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications in Dynamics CRM are a plus.
