- Actively support design for manufacturing, integration reviews and process improvements by reviewing previous designs/lessons learned, regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and/or contracts in order to produce higher quality and more efficient detail designs and integration
- Provide engineering support throughout fabrication, integration and test of structure products at suppliers and in-house facility
- Create, disposition, and drive to closure anomalies related to assembly integration and structure hardware throughout product lifecycle
- Works under general direction

- 2+ years of experience working with cross-functional or cross-organizational teams to develop and/or support structure products
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Level 3: Typically, 5 years or more of related experience
- 2+ years of experience using Creo CAD tools
- 2+ years of applied experience in developing and providing instruction of technical documentation and training material for Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T)
- 2+ years of experience with space platform structures or subsystems design and integration
- TS/SCI level clearance
- Experience working within a fast-paced team environment which required strong communication skills to frequently interact with program leadership, internal and external customer representatives and development team
