This is a career-defining moment for the right salesperson. We've proven product-market fit in the Mid-Market segment (20-1,000 agent brokerages), and the greenfield opportunity is massive. Real estate brokerages are desperate for modern technology that helps them recruit and retain top agents—and they're willing to pay for it. You'll be joining at the inflection point where we're ready to scale what's working and capture significant market share.
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you won't be handed a territory and told to execute someone else's playbook. You'll have the autonomy to build relationships your way, prospect the accounts you believe in, and close deals that matter. We're looking for a proven hunter who thrives on self-sourced pipeline, understands how brokerages operate, and knows how to build trusted advisor relationships with owners and executives.
This role is for someone who wants to make serious money while being part of something ambitious. Our comp plan rewards top performers generously, and the best Mid-Market AEs here earn $300K+ with uncapped upside. If you're the type who loves the chase, believes in consultative selling over transactional pitching, and wants to join a fast-growing company before it becomes the next big SaaS success story—keep reading.
What You'll Own
Pipeline Generation and Quota Attainment
You'll be accountable for hitting your quarterly quota. This is a true hunting role—we expect 50%+ of your closed business to come from self-sourced outbound prospecting. You'll maintain disciplined daily activity across cold calling, email, LinkedIn, and in-person networking to ensure consistent pipeline coverage.
Consultative Selling to Brokerage Decision-Makers
You'll build relationships with C-suite executives, brokerage owners, CMOs, and operations leaders. Your job is to understand their business challenges deeply, position Luxury Presence as a strategic partner (not a vendor), and navigate complex buying committees to close deals that deliver real value.
Product Demonstrations and Discovery
You'll lead compelling product demos tailored to each prospect's specific needs. Your discovery conversations will uncover pain points around agent recruitment, retention, and marketing—and you'll articulate how our platform solves those problems in ways that resonate with different stakeholders.
Industry Presence and Relationship Building
You'll attend industry conferences, visit prospects on-site, and build face-to-face relationships that accelerate deals. You should be comfortable traveling regularly and leveraging events for networking and pipeline development.
Forecast Accuracy and CRM Hygiene
You'll maintain meticulous pipeline management in Salesforce, provide accurate weekly forecasts, and keep deal stages and probabilities current. Your ability to forecast within 10% variance enables the business to plan reliably.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
You'll work closely with our BDR team to provide feedback on lead quality and help refine targeting. You'll partner with Product to share market insights and competitive intelligence. You'll collaborate with Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and set clients up for long-term success.
