We’re looking for a Mid-Market Enablement Business Partner (EBP) to act as the bridge between global enablement strategy and the unique needs of our Mid-Market (MM) sellers. You’ll design, adapt, and deliver enablement programs that accelerate pipeline growth, increase average deal size, and help sellers build long-term careers at Reddit.

Please note that this role is required to be in office 1-2x / month and must be based in one of the following cities: New York City, Chicago, San Francisco, or Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the Voice of MM: Build trusted partnerships with MM sales leaders, represent seller needs in global enablement forums, and ensure Mid-Market perspectives shape Reddit’s go-to-market strategy.
  • Operationalize Enablement Principles: Align enablement to the sales process and buyer journey, delivering persona-focused, channel-specific guidance and just-in-time resources.
  • Drive Revenue Outcomes: Partner with sales leadership to design programs that move the needle on key metrics like pipeline velocity, seller ramp time, average deal size, and multi-objective campaign adoption.
  • Bring Reddit Insights to Life: Embed community, cultural, and audience insights into training so sellers confidently position Reddit’s differentiated value.
  • Shape Programs That Stick: Adapt global initiatives (like onboarding “Ramp to Ready” and manager coaching) to fit MM needs, while piloting new approaches before scaling.
  • Enable the “Next Best Action”: Use data, adoption analytics, and emerging AI tools to surface timely guidance and prioritize where sellers should focus.
  • Measure What Matters: Define enablement success metrics, gather field feedback, and iterate to continuously improve impact.
  • Connect the Dots: Act as the connective tissue across Sales, Marketing, Product, and Ops to ensure alignment, clarity, and execution speed.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years in sales enablement, sales operations, or sales leadership—experience in mid-market or commercial segments strongly preferred.
  • Skilled in building and delivering enablement programs that improve performance and revenue outcomes.
  • Exceptional facilitator and communicator with strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven and fluent in using metrics, dashboards, and AI-powered insights to diagnose needs and evaluate outcomes.
  • Experienced working cross-functionally in SaaS, B2B, or enterprise sales environments.
  • Proficient in enablement tools (Highspot, Gong, LMS), Salesforce, and analytics platforms.
  • Committed to inclusive, accessible learning design that meets diverse seller needs.

Benefits:

  • Comprehensive Healthcare Benefits and Income Replacement Programs
  • 401k Match
  • Family Planning Support
  • Gender-Affirming Care
  • Mental Health & Coaching Benefits
  • Flexible Vacation & Reddit Global Days off
  • Generous paid Parental Leave
  • Paid Volunteer time off
