Your role at Dynatrace

Build software that runs at the core of modern digital infrastructure.

At Dynatrace, our OneAgent technology powers performance, reliability, and security for millions of applications around the globe. As part of our high‑impact team, you’ll work on a cutting‑edge agent that monitors network traffic in real time, helping customers gain deep insights into their systems.

We’re looking for C++ engineers across all experience levels, who are confident working with modern C++ and enjoy building clean, efficient, and robust code. If you’re excited about tackling complex systems and solving tough technical challenges that have real‑world impact, we’d love to hear from you.

What will help you succeed
  • Strong C++ skills (17 and above) with solid engineering fundamentals — writing clean, reliable, and efficient code; good debugging practices; and thoughtful design.

  • Comfortable working close to the operating system: installation workflows, services/daemons, process and lifecycle management, permissions, upgrades/rollbacks, and tricky “only happens in production” issues.

  • Pragmatic problem‑solver who can balance performance, security, and user experience without over‑engineering.

  • Familiarity with Kubernetes, OpenShift, or container‑image distribution and operations would be a plus.

Why you will love being a Dynatracer
  • Work on software that’s deployed at scale—millions of environments, real-world impact.
  • Collaborate with a world-class team of engineers.
  • Learn and grow in a tech-driven, innovation-first culture.
  • Tackle complex problems in performance monitoring, observability, and distributed systems.
Compensation and Rewards
  • We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
  • Base salary range 16 000 - 20 500 PLN gross per month, with possibility of a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
Equal Employment Opportunity

Dynatrace provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status, or any other protected characteristic. We actively foster an inclusive workplace that celebrates differences and promotes accessibility, collaboration, and growth for all.
