About the Role:

As Mission Success Manager (Middle East), you will be the primary bridge between our customers and our product teams. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of how Department of War customers and program offices operate, how they are structured, and what their mission needs are. Experience working directly with these organizations—understanding their decision cycles, operational challenges, and integration requirements—is paramount.

You will oversee mission success programs end-to-end, while also serving as the conduit between customers and engineering. This includes collecting and translating feedback on the SmartMast portal and APIs—covering data visualization, workflows, feature requests, bugs, optimizations, and integrations—into clear, actionable product requirements. Familiarity with modern common operational picture (COP) and mission system platforms is highly valued, as this role requires translating Quartermaster’s data streams into environments our customers already use and trust.

Responsibilities:
  • Customer–Product Liaison: Serve as the trusted voice of the customer, ensuring product evolution aligns with operational needs and workflows.

  • Mission Success Programs: Develop and run onboarding, training, adoption, and renewal programs that meet the unique demands of defense and government customers.

  • Integration & Feedback: Capture, prioritize, and communicate portal and API feedback—visualizations, features, bugs, optimizations, integrations—directly into product and engineering workflows.

  • Operational Understanding: Apply deep knowledge of DoW program offices and their mission requirements to ensure our technology delivers operationally relevant outcomes.

  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Partner with Field Operations, Product, and Engineering teams to close feedback loops and standardize processes.

  • Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on mission success indicators for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

  • Change Management: Lead adoption of new tools and processes internally, ensuring teams deliver consistent and high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications:
  • Experience:

    • 5+ years in program management, mission/customer success, or a related role in defense technology or mission-critical systems.

    • Demonstrated experience working directly with DoW program offices and end-users, with knowledge of their organizational structures, priorities, and operational needs.

    • Strong familiarity with mission platforms and COP-style systems; ability to bridge between Quartermaster’s SmartMast portal and customers’ existing environments.

  • Domain Knowledge: Maritime experience is highly desirable. Background in the Navy, Coast Guard, or maritime intelligence/operations is a strong plus.

  • Skills:

    • Technically literate: able to understand APIs, integrations, and data visualization workflows, and explain them to both customers and engineers.

    • Strong program management and organizational skills.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills across technical, operational, and executive audiences.

    • Data-driven approach with experience using CS/CRM platforms.

  • Mindset: Mission-driven, resourceful, and eager to build scalable structures from the ground up.
