About the Role:

Entrupy is looking for a Mobile Engineering Manager to lead and scale our mobile engineering efforts across iOS and Android. This role is ideal for a product-minded leader who brings strong experience building consumer-facing applications and has a deep appreciation for end-user experience, even within a B2B2C environment.

You will be responsible for driving the development of our mobile applications and SDKs that power our authentication and fingerprinting platform. While our product is used by businesses, the experience ultimately impacts end consumers, making quality, usability, and performance critical.

This role combines technical leadership with team management, requiring the ability to guide architecture, mentor engineers, and drive execution across a globally distributed team.

Location: United States (Remote)
Reports to: VP of Engineering
What you'll do:

  • Lead & Scale the Mobile Team: Manage and grow a team of iOS and Android engineers across geographies. Provide mentorship, conduct code reviews, and build a strong culture of ownership and execution.
  • Own Mobile Strategy & Execution: Define and drive the mobile roadmap across iOS and Android, aligning with product priorities and business goals. Ensure high-quality, predictable delivery.
  • Champion End-User Experience: Bring a strong B2C mindset to a B2B2C product by ensuring mobile experiences are intuitive, responsive, and high quality for the end user. Advocate for usability, performance, and design excellence in every release.
  • Drive Architecture & Technical Direction: Guide technical decisions across mobile platforms, including SDK development, platform upgrades, and system design. Ensure scalability and consistency across iOS and Android.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with product, design, backend, and operations teams to define requirements, APIs, and seamless end-to-end experiences.
  • Own Quality & Performance: Establish best practices for testing, monitoring, release management and performance optimization across mobile applications and SDKs.
  • Operational Excellence: Lead planning, prioritization, and execution. Remove blockers, manage dependencies, and ensure clear communication with stakeholders.

What you bring:

  • Experience: 8–12 years in mobile engineering, with experience managing both iOS and Android teams.
  • Leadership: Proven ability to lead and grow high-performing teams, balancing technical guidance with people development.
  • B2C Mindset: Experience building consumer-facing applications, with a strong instinct for user experience, performance, and product quality. You naturally think from the end-user’s perspective, even in B2B2C contexts.
  • Technical Depth: Strong foundation in mobile development across iOS and/or Android, with the ability to guide architecture and make sound technical decisions across both platforms.
  • Execution Focus: Track record of delivering high-quality mobile products in fast-paced environments.
  • Collaboration: Comfortable working across global, distributed teams and cross-functional partners.
  • Communication: Clear and effective communicator who can bridge technical and non-technical discussions.

Nice to have:

  • Experience building or managing mobile SDKs or other developer tools
  • Familiarity with computer vision or ML-powered mobile applications
  • Exposure to edge ML or real-time image processing

What we offer:

  • Market-competitive pay.
  • Remote-first work environment in the US.
  • Generous time off, including PTO, sick leave, and parental leave.
  • Comprehensive health benefits.
  • Opportunity to lead a critical function in a fast-growing, global company.

We have had an incredible run so far and are laying the foundation for a culture that is fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and rooted in passion, kindness, and positivity. We live by these values – we hire by them, promote them, and celebrate them every day.

Please apply if you're passionate about building high-performing mobile engineering teams, creating exceptional user experiences, and driving innovation at the intersection of mobile technology and AI.

We are dedicated to building a company that represents a variety of backgrounds, perspectives, and skills.
