At Pointr, we empower Product Designers to own the end-to-end design of our mobile app features, creating high-fidelity experiences that impact millions of users across the globe. At its core, this role requires the Mobile Product Designer to combine structured thinking with creative execution, taking complete ownership of the mobile product experience across both iOS and Android platforms from discovery to final QA.

Core Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end UX/UI design of mobile app features, from discovery to final implementation.

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Work closely with PMs and engineers to translate product requirements into clear mobile experiences.

  • Maintain and improve the mobile design system. Prepare developer-ready specs, review builds, QA implemented designs, and ensure consistency across iOS and Android.

  • Use user feedback, analytics, and usability testing to improve key app journeys.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in UX/UI or Product Design, with a strong focus on mobile app experiences across both iOS and Android.

  • Portfolio: A robust portfolio demonstrating successfully shipped mobile products, active contribution to design systems, high-fidelity prototyping, and close collaboration with engineering.

  • Technical & Design Skills: Advanced proficiency in Figma, user flows, wireframing, high-fidelity UI design, and comprehensive developer handoff processes.

  • Quality Assurance: Experience in maintaining design systems, preparing developer-ready specs, reviewing builds, and conducting QA on implemented designs.

  • Core Competencies: Deep user empathy, structured thinking, strong attention to detail, a strong sense of ownership, and the ability to thrive within ambiguity.

  • Collaboration: Excellent communication skills with a proven track record of working effectively alongside product managers and engineers.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Domain Knowledge: Experience designing for maps, navigation, wayfinding, or location-based services.

  • App Types: Background in building complex B2B or enterprise-grade mobile applications.

  • Advanced Design Systems: Practical experience working with design tokens and advanced token structures.

  • Research & Testing: Experience conducting user research, usability testing, data analytics utilization, and accessibility testing (A11y).

What We Offer?

  • Competitive base salary and potential for equity

  • Ability to learn in a fast-growing global tech startup

  • Friendly, helpful, and smart team

  • Flexibility to set your own schedule and agenda

  • Inclusive, international environment spanning 10 countries

  • Cozy office in Bomonti, İstanbul or Mahall, Ankara

  • Private complementary health care
