Are you the person everyone turns to when Microsoft 365 gets complex?

Maybe you have not officially held the title of Architect yet, but you have been doing the work — owning the technical decisions, guiding others, solving the hard problems, and keeping customers moving forward. If you are ready to take true ownership, be recognized for the value you bring, and step into the next stage of your career, we want to talk to you!

The Role

Inviso's Microsoft Solutions Group is growing fast, and we are seeking a Modern Work Architect who can see the complete M365 landscape, articulate it clearly to customers, and then build it. This role is for someone who owns the engagement end-to-end — discovery, design, deployment, and adoption — without waiting to be told what to do next. A well-governed, secure M365 foundation is also the prerequisite for AI adoption at scale — and helping customers get there is central to what this practice does.

You'll lead complex engagements for mid-market and enterprise customers across Commercial and Public Sector, working independently within the M365 stack. You'll also support technical presales activities and contribute to proposals and statements of work.

What You'll Do

  • Architect and deliver AI-ready M365 foundations end-to-end — discovery, design, deployment, and adoption — for mid-market and enterprise customers
  • Lay the foundation for secure, governed, and scalable agentic AI — ensuring M365 environments are production-ready for Copilot, agents, and AI at enterprise scale
  • Design the secure, governed M365 tenant — identity, data governance, compliance, and collaboration — that makes enterprise AI adoption possible
  • Serve as the primary technical authority and trusted advisor on M365 architecture and AI readiness strategy for customer IT and business stakeholders
  • Own rollout sequencing, pilots, change management, training programs, and post-launch enablement
  • Guide engineers and consultants delivering alongside you
  • Contribute to presales activities, proposals, and statements of work

What Sets You Apart

  • You see the full board — tenant interdependencies and how every M365 component fits together
  • Self-directed and resourceful: you find solutions and drive outcomes independently
  • Confident communicator who translates technical complexity into clear business language for any audience
  • High ownership — you make decisions, commit to outcomes, and follow through
  • Curious learner who stays ahead of Microsoft product releases and new capabilities

What You Bring

  • 7+ years delivering Microsoft 365 solutions in consulting or enterprise environments
  • Deep, holistic understanding of the full M365 tenant — Entra ID, Intune, Purview, Exchange Online, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams — and how they interconnect
  • Hands-on expertise in identity and access (Entra ID, Conditional Access), device management (Intune, Defender for Endpoint), and Microsoft 365 licensing
  • Proven track record leading adoption programs: governance, champions networks, training, and change management
  • Ability to articulate M365 architecture to executive and IT stakeholders — then configure it yourself
  • Working knowledge of Purview (Information Protection, DLP) and migration tooling/PowerShell

Desired Qualifications

  • Microsoft certifications: M365 Administrator Expert, Endpoint Administrator Associate
  • Experience with Microsoft-funded or time-boxed migration engagements
  • Background mentoring engineers or leading small delivery teams
  • Experience working with mid-market or enterprise customers under tight timelines

How We Measure Success

Success is measured by delivery excellence, customer satisfaction scores, and personal utilization and revenue targets. You own your work, your numbers, and your customers' outcomes.
