Job Description

• Must have extensive experience with Java/JEE, Spring Framework MVC/Spring Data, REST services, JSON/XML, Linux, Shell Scripting.

• Must have extensive experience with NoSQL database experience, including Mongodb and Cassandra, Caching technologies (such as Redis and memcached)

• Expertise in design of complex distributed systems utilizing underlying services (generally REST) to deliver robust and scalable applications to end users.

• Experience in designing reliable, high performance and scalable software platforms.

• Working knowledge of a significant subset of technologies including: Linux (Ubuntu, RedHat), Java, Spring Framework, Rest/Json,Cassandra, MongoDB, MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL, Memcached, and Redis.

• Demonstrated ability to provide technical guidance/mentoring/coaching to the development teams

• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to adapt communication style and approach based on purpose and audience

• A degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or any equivalent degree

• 3+ years technology architecture experience in MongoDB

• 10+ years of overall experience in IT industry

• MongoDB Certified Developer Associate Exam is a plus
