You'll act as a technical advisor who guides the commercial & modality sales team, responsible for business development & competitiveness of the modality portfolio in the assigned geographical area.

Job DescriptionResponsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of the roadmap for new products/new solutions.

  • Gather the voice of the customers & market dynamics. Work closely with the Regional Product Marketing Manager to ensure market & geographical customer requirements are quantified in terms of business opportunities/risks and ultimately translate into products/features on the MR roadmap.

  • Collaborate with the MR Modality Managers, LCT Managers, and their account manager teams, as well as with the service sales teams, to propose efficient and innovative solutions to customer problems.

  • Work closely with Clinical MR team to implement and develop clinical selling skills and mindset in sales and product organisation in the respective Zone.

  • Know the key opinion leaders (KOL) in the relevant medical fields for the product, interact with them, and develop an appropriate strategy. Responsible for KOLs and reference/show site strategy & management in their geographical area.

  • Develop a business strategy to achieve the objectives set by general management.

  • Actively participate in meetings with potential or existing clients. Represent advanced product expertise & knowledge during these meetings.

  • Contribute to the development of sales strategies based on specific needs identified during these meetings.

  • Analyse the market to gain a better understanding of competition and market forces. Demonstrate strong analytical skills to identify potential business opportunities as well as possible threats.

  • Exercise judgment to make decisions regarding the financial, operational, or commercial risk associated with business projects proposed by their team. Establish a solid professional network with various internal (other departments) or external (clients, partners) stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration among all parties involved in the business project.

  • Ensure that the quarterly and annual objectives set in the modality's operational plan are achieved.

  • Ensure optimal customer satisfaction with the proposed and implemented solutions.

  • Continuously develop in-depth clinical and technical knowledge, particularly raising awareness of current and future trends in technologies and financing mechanisms applicable to the healthcare sector. Stay informed of the technical and/or clinical problems and challenges faced by clients daily.

  • Define marketing strategies and implement tactical actions to encourage internal growth in the relevant Private and Public markets.

  • Take responsibility for new product launch programs in their geographical area, ensuring appropriate product positioning, value propositions adapted to the segment/region, and appropriate distribution strategies.

  • Create overall demand and disseminate product activities; work in partnership with marketing communication and public relations teams to develop and implement MarCom plans.

  • Train and guide teams responsible for differentiating (positioning, value proposition, and key messages) products, solutions, and services in their assigned territory.

  • Provide first-line support for responses to Public Tenders.

  • Assist the PSS teams in differentiating offers at all stages of the sales process to progress quickly with the client in the decision-making process and achieve a successful outcome for GE. Collaborate with the RAMs generalist teams and Service Sales teams.

  • Work with the team and encourage employee involvement to ensure retention within the area, highlight successes, share best practices, and make team members known to senior managers in the region, product teams, and relevant modalities.

Qualifications and Requirements
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA is a plus.

  • Significant experience in healthcare marketing, product management, or strategic sales, ideally in imaging or diagnostics.

  • Proven ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies and drive cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including experience working with KOLs and clinical teams.

  • Fluent in English; additional regional language skills are an advantage.
