Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced CRM Dynamics Business Analyst to support the rollout, enhancement, and adoption of Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) within the Private Banking and Wealth Management business.
This role is critical to ensuring CRM is effectively embedded into Relationship Manager (RM) workflows, driving measurable outcomes such as:

  • Improved client engagement
  • Increased wallet share
  • Enhanced sales pipeline visibility
  • Improved operational efficiency

Key Responsibilities/Requirements

  • Gather and analyse requirements from Private Banking / Wealth Management stakeholders (RMs, advisors, sales teams)
  • Apply strong wealth domain knowledge to shape CRM use cases across the client lifecycle (prospecting → advisory → servicing)
  • Translate business requirements into MS Dynamics (Dynamics 365) functional designs and user stories
  • Design CRM solutions to enhance sales pipeline, client engagement, and revenue growth
  • Embed CRM into day-to-day RM workflows (pipeline management, call reports, client interactions)
  • Configure and optimise Microsoft Dynamics capabilities (Sales, Marketing Hub, Co-Pilot)
  • Leverage MSD best practices to deliver scalable and standardised solutions
  • Collaborate with Technology, Data, and AI teams to integrate CRM into the wider platform ecosystem
  • Appway (Vendor Product) knowledge, and helping the team to conduct the requirement analysis work
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement across global Private Banking markets
  • Produce clear documentation including BRDs, process flows, and user journeys aligned to wealth processes
  • Define and execute UAT, ensuring solutions meet business, regulatory, and control requirements
  • Drive global CRM adoption through training, change management, and stakeholder engagement
  • Support rollout of advanced capabilities such as AI-driven insights, call report automation, and smart opportunity management
  • Monitor CRM usage, pipeline quality, and RM productivity metrics
  • Continuously enhance CRM capabilities based on feedback and measurable business outcomes
