About the Role:
A strategic role focused on managing and growing CrowdStrike's MSSP partner renewals across Europe, ensuring high retention rates and identifying expansion opportunities within the existing MSSP partner base.

What You'll Do:

  • Drive renewal strategy and execution for assigned MSSP partners portfolio

  • Proactively manage renewal pipelines and forecast accuracy

  • Collaborate with MSSP Partners to ensure timely contract renewals

  • Identify and pursue upsell/cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts

  • Monitor and analyze partner usage, adoption, and satisfaction metrics

  • Work closely with Sales, Partner Success, and Customer Success teams

What You'll Need:

  • 3+ years of experience in software/SaaS renewals, preferably in cybersecurity

  • Proven track record of managing enterprise-level partnerships

  • Strong understanding of MSSP business models and security landscape

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills

  • Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellence in relationship management

  • Strategic thinking and business acumen

  • Project management and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with CrowdStrike products and services

  • Knowledge of European market dynamics and business practices

  • Previous experience working with MSSPs or channel partners

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)

Location:

  • Remote (Reading, Barcelona). Although a remote role, expectations will be to spend some of the working week at either our Reading or Barcelona hubs

  • Willingness to travel within Europe
