About this role:

The MASS Income team is an established business responsible for managing more than $26bn in income-oriented model portfolios and funds globally with a robust commercial pipeline. The Team is currently seeking a motivated individual to help position the platform to support long-term growth. The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technological expertise, market and industry knowledge and client communication skills, and will be driven to deliver exceptional results. The individual should be able to translate business needs into structured requirements for technology enhancement or automation initiatives. We are seeking an individual who can work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and partners. The candidate should deeply understand markets, customer needs, and the competitive landscape. They must show the ability to explain how MASS Income’s strategies stand out in the market. The team is seeking someone with a desire to go above and beyond to improve processes, systems, and services to help drive commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all aspects of commercial growth, including developing marketing materials, completing RFPs and participating in client reviews

  • Design technology-enabled processes that scale and modernize the production of client content and investment analytics

  • Build tools and visualizations to better present data and analytics to clients

  • Collaborate closely with senior investors, sales & distribution, marketing, legal and other internal stakeholders

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy decisions and drive the product roadmap

  • Perform regular quality control of external facing content and help trouble shoot issues as they arise

Key Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of investment industry experience, progress toward CFA designation a plus

  • Meticulous attention to detail, and superb organizational and time management skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PPT, Excel) and experience working with technical concepts and analytical tools. Exposure to BlackRock’s Aladdin tools is a plus (Explore, ATX, PRT, others)

  • Familiarity with data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI, or similar) to support insight generation and decision‑making

  • Comfort learning and adopting new technologies quickly, with a proven ability to evaluate tools for scalability and business impact

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an ability to synthesize and articulate complex issues and ideas

  • Self-starter with strong analytical and problem-solving skills

For New York, NY Only the salary range for this position is USD$110,000.00 - USD$150,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance. For Atlanta, GA Only the salary range for this position is USD$100,000.00 - USD$135,000.00 . Additionally, employees are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, and benefits including healthcare, leave benefits, and retirement benefits. BlackRock operates a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy and your total compensation may vary based on role, location, and firm, department and individual performance.
