Job Description
IDS is seeking a Multidomain Operations Manager (Project Management Specialist II) to support the planning, development, coordination, and execution of complex multidomain operations projects. The selected candidate will lead efforts focused primarily on Electronic Warfare (EW) operations, with a secondary focus on Cyber Operations, while supporting integration across multiple operational domains. This position requires a proven ability to manage large-scale projects, coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, establish responsibilities, manage schedules and budgets, and ensure successful execution of mission requirements. The ideal candidate will bring a strong understanding of multidomain operations and the ability to synchronize efforts across diverse organizations and functional areas.

Key Duties

• Plan, scope, develop, design, and direct major multidomain operations projects.

• Lead project efforts focused on Electronic Warfare operations and related mission requirements.

• Support integration of Cyber Operations into multidomain planning and execution activities.

• Coordinate with external agencies, organizations, and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

• Collaborate with internal functional elements to establish responsibilities and align expectations.

• Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverables.

• Monitor project execution to ensure requirements, timelines, and objectives are met.

• Control and manage project budgets and resource allocations.

• Facilitate communication and coordination among participating organizations and mission partners.

• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies to support successful outcomes.

• Support multidomain operational planning and integration activities across various mission areas.

• Provide project status updates, reports, and recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

• Active Top Secret security clearance required.

• Minimum of 8–10 years of experience planning, scoping, developing, designing, and directing major projects with broad requirements in Multidomain Operations.

• Experience focused on Electronic Warfare operations with a secondary focus on Cyber Operations.

• Preferred experience in Electronic Warfare.

• Cyber Operations and Intelligence Operations experience will be considered.

• Demonstrated experience coordinating with external contributing agencies and organizations.

• Demonstrated experience coordinating with various functional elements within an organization.

• Demonstrated experience establishing responsibilities and setting expectations across stakeholders.

• Demonstrated experience controlling and managing project budgets and schedules.
