Centurion is proud to be a leading provider of comprehensive healthcare services to correctional facilities, state hospitals, and community mental health centers nationwide. We are currently seeking a Full-Time Multimedia Marketing Specialist to join our team.

Position Overview

As a key contributor to the Marketing Department, the Multimedia Marketing Specialist supports the company’s overall marketing and communication efforts through the execution of digital, visual and brand-focused initiatives.  This role is responsible for managing social media presence, developing video and multimedia content, supporting print and digital marketing campaigns and coordinating company events and conference activities.

Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this position also assists with administrative and operational support for the marketing department, including conference logistics, inventory of branding materials, vendor coordination and other marketing-related activities.  The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, creative, attentive to details, and execution-focused, with the ability to take initiative, manage competing priorities, and consistently move work forward.

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities

  • Develops, implements, and measures the success of Centurion Health’s social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and positioning within the marketplace and community.
  • Produces short- and long-form video content for Centurion Health’s website, social media channels, and digital marketing platforms.
  • Coordinates registration, attendance, logistics, and materials for industry conferences and trade shows..
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and maintain project schedules, timelines, and budget tracking for marketing initiatives.
  • Assists in the development and execution of print and digital marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals and brand standards.
  • Supports day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the marketing department, including bookkeeping and related coordination activities. Travels to industry conferences and events, as needed, to represent Centurion Health and engage with current and prospective clients. Serves as the primary point of contact for day-to-day marketing and communication support. This position is primarily remote but requires occasional in-office support in Sterling, Virgina.
  • Travel to correctional facilities, as needed, to interview employees and gather content for videos, marketing materials and other communication initiatives.

  • Stress Tolerance:  Ability to maintain composure while handling technical emergencies or tight deadlines on projects.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, advertising, business or related degree.
  • Minimum of 2 years of marketing experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Experience in audio/visual production.
  • Proficiency in graphic design platforms such as Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva.
  • Technical expertise in digital marketing, website content and other content development and management.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and audio/visual communication skills.
  • Experience in developing and expediting marketing collaterals.
