This role is ideal for a creative storyteller who can take complex, content-heavy topics and transform them into engaging, easy-to-understand video and animation experiences. You are skilled in both motion design and video editing, with a strong sense of pacing, narrative, and visual clarity.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with communications leads, writers, and project managers to translate messaging into compelling visual stories that resonate with employees and managers.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce explainer videos to support HR and Total Rewards programs (e.g., benefits updates, program launches)
- Create animated content for campaigns such as open enrollment, wellbeing initiatives, and employee programs
- Develop short-form, “snackable” video content designed for employee and manager consumption
- Support leadership storytelling through internal videos, clips, and executive communications
- Partner closely with communications leads to translate messaging into effective motion and video content
- Contribute to creative concepting and storytelling approaches that enhance engagement and clarity
- Strong experience in motion design and animation, including proficiency in tools such as After Effects
- Video editing and storytelling skills, including pacing, sequencing, and narrative development
- Experience creating short-form, engaging video content for internal or enterprise audiences preferred
- Ability to simplify complex topics into clear, visually compelling stories
- Strong attention to detail and consistency across assets
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- The offered pay range for this position is $50.00 – 80.00 per hour W2 depending on experience and geographic location. There may be a case to engage as a 1099 contractor if you have business entity established.
