As our National Account Manager, you’ll lead key regional and national relationships - bringing JuneShine Brands to life with key retailers like Albertsons, Kroger and more. Reporting directly to the SVP of Sales, you’ll leverage your experience, hustle, and connections to expand distribution, drive velocity, and make JuneShine Brands stand out in every store. You’ll collaborate across sales, marketing and distributor teams to deliver programs that move product and culture.

What You'll Do:

  • Sell our entire JuneShine Brands product portfolio (JuneShine, Willies Remedy+ and more!)
  • Own and grow key regional and national accounts, driving distribution, sales, and brand presence across top retailers
  • Partner with National Account team, local sales reps, and marketing team to execute initiatives, annual business plans, and programming - including tastings, promotions, events and product launches
  • Build strong relationships with buyers and distributor teams through proactive communication methods
  • Track sales performance, monitor competitor activity, and provide weekly updates to leadership on wins, opportunities and key insights
  • Develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue, market share, and long term growth
  • Manage time and travel efficiently to maximize impact and coverage across national and regional accounts
  • Ensure accurate execution and communication of placements, resets and promotional activity
  • Leverage data tools like VIP, IRI and Nielsen to inform strategy and measure success

Must Haves:

  • 21 years of age or older at the time of application
  • State-specific alcohol certification (by start date)
  • Minimum 5 years of adult beverage sales experience, supporting National Account execution
  • Must have current experience calling on Albertsons and/or Kroger
  • Willing and able to travel as needed with overnights (~20%)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Expert in VIP as well as syndicated IRI and Nielsen data

Nice to Have:

  • 2–3 years of beverage, THC or CPG sales experience
  • Established distributor relationships in the Florida market
  • Experience managing large, multi-city territories
  • Experience supporting National Account execution

Compensation, Perks + Benefits:

  • Compensation:
  • $130,000 - $140,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary performance bonus
  • The final offer will be based on several factors, including experience, skills, overall expertise and location
  • For field-based sales roles, gas expenses are fully covered
