National Account Manager Entertainment​ - California

As a National Account Manager, you will own the entertainment business, uniquely positioned for a bold leader who is craving full ownership and accountability. This person is the expert related to sourcing, food and beverage and operational execution, working to drive strong performance through marketing and culinary initiatives and influencing entertainment decision makers to drive KraftHeinz AFH product sales and visibility. 

This is not a traditional sales role. We are searching for a candidate who shows a high level of ownership for their business and is adept at selling solutions and has a proven track record to win new business. The right candidate will be eager to be an influential leader and activator key partners from day one. This role reports to the Associate Director of Chain Restaurant Sales with dotted line reporting to AD Equipment, and strong connectivity with Head of BAP/Sr Manager BAP.  

Essential Functions & Responsibilities  

  • ​​Liaise between Kraft Heinz and entertainment to develop influential relationships with key decision makers across procurement, culinary and entertainment teams. 
  • ​Develop and track against performance and sales metrics; report on progress (including wins, gaps, and non-performance) in critical sales meetings. 
  • ​Collaborate cross-functionally to influence and execute channel specific programs, including development of new sku's, new menu items, LTO's and equipment activation. 
  • ​Ensures continued flawless execution and implementation of expansion initiatives over the course of the term for product and equipment. 
  • ​Provide onsite operational training related to KHC products and equipment. 
  • ​Proactively owns S&OP communication and collaboration with hypercare team related to forecasting, PO management, supply updates, fill rates, on time delivery, waste mitigation, etc. 
  • ​Leads strategic planning with F&B to secure new biz, equipment, innovation and/or renovation launches (including co creation). ​ 

Expected Experience & Required Skills 

  • ​​​Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Equivalent experience will be considered.  
  • ​5 to 7 years proven sales experience required centered around profitable volume growth, and breadth and depth of customer relationships and influence. 
  • ​Experience in restaurant, culinary, and/or distributor industry. 
  • ​Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence independently across various levels of stakeholders internally and externally. 
  • ​Strong financial competence to impact P&L management; Effective business planning and data-driven strategy for maintaining current and securing new business. 
  • ​Experience with customer marketing partnership or similar experience with marketing cross functional team. 
  • ​Strong organizational skills to be able to prioritize and execute multiple projects effectively to ensure timely delivery.

Work Environment & Schedule 

This is a field-based role that operates primarily outside of a traditional office setting. This role requires frequent travel to customers. The position involves working directly in customer and operational environments, including customer locations, retail/foodservice outlets, and manufacturing and distribution facilities.

New Hire Base Salary Range:

$104,200.00 - $130,200.00

Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
