Key Duties

  • Provide overall leadership and supervision for Local Facility Chaplains (LFCs) and Local Program Managers (LPMs).

  • Conduct site visits (at least twice annually) to assess performance and ensure compliance with the PWS.

  • Manage financial, logistical, and reporting requirements for the contract.

  • Develop and implement training, recruitment, and retention strategies for program staff and volunteers.

  • The National Program Manager must travel to each of the six ICE detention facilities—Batavia, NY; Miami, FL; Los Fresnos, TX; Florence, AZ; El Paso, TX; and Guantanamo Bay, Cuba—for at least two site visits annually.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of experience in religion, detention/prison management, social work, logistics, or related field.

  • Demonstrated experience managing federal or state contracts, preferably in correctional or detention environments.

  • Ability to work effectively with diverse faith groups and multicultural detainee populations.
