About CareBridge Technologies

CareBridge Technologies is a healthcare technology company introducing GoMedAid™, a next-generation mobile Medicaid Enrollment & Care Navigation Platform designed to modernize how healthcare organizations engage, enroll, navigate, and retain Medicaid and long-term care clients.

GoMedAid™ is more than a mobile application—it is a digital engagement platform that simplifies the Medicaid journey through guided enrollment, real-time communication, workflow automation, intelligent care navigation, and executive-level operational visibility.

Unlike traditional software, CareBridge is designed to integrate with existing Electronic Health Records (EHRs), care management platforms, referral systems, and CRM solutions through an API-first middleware architecture. Our platform enhances—not replaces—existing technology investments by providing the missing patient engagement and care navigation layer.

Transforming Healthcare for Four Key Stakeholders

Our technology creates measurable value for four primary stakeholders:

Patients & Families

Healthcare Providers

Case Management & Care Coordination Organizations

  • Improves communication across care teams
  • Provides real-time case tracking and task management
  • Supports greater operational efficiency

Healthcare Executives & Enterprise Organizations

  • Enterprise dashboards and analytics
  • Workflow visibility across the organization
  • White-label mobile application opportunities
  • API-based integration with existing EHR and care management systems
  • Scalable technology supporting multi-site and multi-state growth
