About this opportunity:
As a Networks Construction and Engineering Pre-Cx Architect/Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, driving, supporting, and facilitating efficient delivery and effective transformations for the following functional areas including Ericsson Site Digital Twin, RF Design, RF Planning, Site Acquisition, Architecture & Engineering and Scoping. Your focus will be on monitoring current performance of these areas including customer satisfaction, delivery efficiency and cost structure, while also developing and driving a 1-3 year vision to digitize and automate customer deliverables. You will work across the organization, including global, regional and territory teams, SMEs, other architects, senior leaders and change drivers to drive and foster the required cultural changes needed to ensure long-term success.
What you will do:
  • Performance Measurement: Define and deploy relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the success of business deliverables including customer satisfaction, cost structure and delivery efficiency. Ensure that all metrics are business-relevant and aligned with the overall strategic goals of the organization.
  • Transformation Leadership: Lead and support major transformation initiatives, projects, and programs aimed at enhancing operational and functional performance. This includes identifying key areas for improvement and driving change across the organization.
  • Process Improvement: Proactively analyze and propose improvements to processes, workflows, and ways of working. Ensure that all changes are aligned with business objectives and lead to measurable improvements in efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
  • Continuous Improvement: Support and enable day-to-day and continuous improvement activities within the functional area and across the regions and territory teams. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that improvements are sustained and embedded within the organization's culture.
  • Change Management: Facilitate culture change within the organization to support new ways of working and ensure that all employees are engaged and committed to the transformation process.

The skills you bring:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or Operations Management, or a related field. MBA strongly preferred.
  • Proven leader of operational/functional improvements-including operational readiness, process improvement, and service delivery-in large, complex orgs; telecom preferred.
  • Strong analytical/problem-solving; pinpoint improvements, propose actions; deploy KPIs to monitor and boost performance.
  • Change management expertise; influence and engage stakeholders at all levels (including senior leadership); collaborate effectively across the org.
  • Excellent communication/presentation/consultative skills; strong negotiation/influencing; advanced storytelling to simplify/visualize complex info for varied audiences.
  • Project/program management track record delivering transformations on time and on budget; manage multiple projects in fast-paced, high-pressure settings.
  • Proficient with program-management tools and MS Excel/Word/PowerPoint to gather/analyze/communicate complex concepts; coordinate training for internal and external resources.
  • Automation-forward; experience with digital platforms and process digitization; champion Ericsson values/culture; model collaboration, respect, innovation; adapt quickly to changing needs.

Your Pay
The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.
Short-Term Variable Compensation Plan: Your pay also includes the opportunity for an annual bonus. Actual bonus payouts are based on performance of the business against the unit's objectives, individual performance, and the individual bonus target. Certain eligibility and pro-ration rules apply.
Your Health
Ericsson offers excellent health benefits including the choice of three medical plan options and a dental plan option that allow an employee to select the level of coverage that suits their needs. Employees will receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost that Ericsson pays toward the cost of their medical and dental premiums for themselves and eligible covered dependents.
Your Financial Security
We invest in both your short and long-term financial wellbeing. The Ericsson US 401(k) Plan offers an automatic 3% company contribution and Ericsson match $1 for every $1 you put into the 401(k) Plan on the first 3% of your eligible pay, plus 50 cents on every $1 on the next 2% of eligible pay. When you contribute at least 5% of eligible pay, you are receiving Ericsson's full matching contributions of 4%. Matching and company automatic contributions stop when your total eligible pay for the year reaches the IRS limits. Employees will also receive company credits in an amount equal to the cost of basic life insurance and basic accidental death and dismemberment coverage, as well as short-term and long-term disability coverage. Employees also have the option to participate in Ericsson's Stock Purchase Plan.
Your Time
Your work-life balance is important to us. New employees are provided a minimum of 15 days of accrued vacation, up to 3 personal days per year, 11 annual holidays, 8 hours of volunteer time, and 80 hours of sick time annually. Please note paid time off is pro-rated based on the employee's start date. Furthermore, Ericsson provides up to 16 weeks of paid maternity leave and 6 weeks of parental or adoption leave at 100% of pay.
