Responsibilities:
- Take charge of the entire sales cycle: generate, qualify, and close your own leads.
- Build and manage a high-performing sales pipeline.
- Partner with executive leadership to refine and implement effective sales strategies.
- Serve as the lead point of contact for all account management matters with CTOs, CEOs, HR Leads, Coordinators, and Nexton’s fulfillment Team.
- Create the conditions for the successful fulfillment of your clients.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our top-notch team building services.
- Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
Requirements
- A track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience closing high-value deals and managing key accounts.
- Success in creating and executing impactful sales strategies.
- Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
- Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- US-based. Strong preference for established tech hubs (Austin, Denver, San Francisco, Atlanta, etc.)
- A consistent employment history in sales roles, typically maintaining positions for at least 2 years, demonstrating the ability to ramp, build pipeline, and deliver sustained revenue results.
Nice to have:
- Experience in international Tech Recruiting or Software Development services companies.
- Experience in Technical Presales or as a Solutions Architect.
- Technical Background related to software development.
- Spanish speaking.
Industry Expertise:
- Experience in recruiting services or competitive and saturated B2B services markets in the US.
- Strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

- Established industry connections and potential client relationships.
- Proven ability to identify and generate leads using your professional network.
