What is Cool About this Job:

Serve as domain specialist and systems administrator for our NetSuite ERP to help the organization maximize efficiency and scale. This is a great opportunity not only to hone your NetSuite skills but also work on and manage other systems like Coupa, Avalara, Egencia, Nexonia, Mulesoft, and more!

The day to day:
  • Work as a Netsuite Administrator / financial business systems analyst for Business Transformation.

  • Participate in implementation and integration projects working with multiple teams to refine user roles, permissions and controls.

  • Provide outstanding internal support on system issues including system availability, and performance optimization.

  • Evaluate system issues, identify alternatives, and implement timely solutions.

  • Learn new systems and tools to improve processes and architecture.

  • Document requirements, design and analyze a variety of reports or queries. Design reports related to internal systems for management and audit purposes.

Your skills and expertiseMinimum Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated functional and technical knowledge of NetSuite with 2-3+ years professional administration experience.

  • Familiarity with various NetSuite modules such as SuiteBilling, Fixed Assets, Advanced Revenue Module (ARM), etc.

  • Experience in developing custom solutions within NetSuite.

  • Understanding of ERP systems and business processes. Proven experience in configuring and customizing Netsuite ERP solutions.

  • Knowledge of systems infrastructure, industry standards, user access control, compliance and security practices.

  • Ability to design and communicate reports in a user-friendly manner.

  • Fundamental understanding of internal controls, user permissions and inheritance.

  • Strong analytical, change management, task management and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams, and at all levels of an organization.

  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

  • Proactively coordinate task resolution across multiple stakeholder teams (Accounting, Order 2 Cash, Tax, other development teams, etc.).

  • Natural problem solving abilities, an inquisitive personality, a continuous learning attitude, and an eagerness to tackle the challenge of big problems.

Additional Skills:
  • Strong experience working in or with financial teams

  • Familiarity with financial functions and terminology.

  • Experience working with Avalara, Nexonia, Coupa, Egencia a plus.

  • Exposure to systems such as Workday and Salesforce a plus.

Base Salary Range

$84,000.00 - $126,000.00

We believe that compensation should be reflective of the impact you have within the organization relative to the market value of your role. The estimated base salary range for this position is as listed above. Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay. Our salary ranges are determined by job role and responsibilities and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for salaries for the position nationwide. The actual base pay will vary based on various factors including job-related skills and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
