  • Automate recurring accounting and operational processes while maintaining appropriate controls, approvals, and audit trails.

  • Own issue intake, triage, root-cause analysis, testing, release coordination, user communication, and post-launch support.

  • Maintain system documentation, process maps, configuration records, access reviews, and change-management standards.

  • Coordinate effectively with implementation partners, vendors, developers, and internal technical teams.

  • Support month-end close and audit requests by improving system reliability, data integrity, and reporting access.

What we are looking for

  • 3+ years of experience administering or supporting NetSuite in a business systems, financial systems, or ERP analyst role.

  • Hands-on experience with NetSuite configuration, saved searches, dashboards, workflows, roles, and permissions.

  • Strong understanding of core accounting and finance processes, including order to cash, procure to pay, record to report, and financial close.

  • Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, testing solutions, and supporting business users.

  • Ability to troubleshoot across systems and data flows and communicate clearly with both technical and nontechnical partners.

  • Strong judgment around system access, controls, data quality, and change management.

Preferred qualifications

  • NetSuite Administrator, SuiteFoundation, or related certification.

  • Experience with SuiteAnalytics, SuiteFlow, SuiteScript, integrations, APIs, or middleware platforms.

  • Experience in fintech, financial services, technology, or another high-growth environment.

  • Familiarity with SQL, data warehouses, business intelligence tools, or automated financial reporting.

  • Experience supporting a multi-entity NetSuite environment.

How success will be measured

  • Finance and Operations teams have reliable systems, reporting, and support for critical workflows.

  • Manual work and recurring system issues decrease through thoughtful automation and root-cause fixes.

  • NetSuite access, configuration, integrations, and documentation remain controlled and scalable.

  • System enhancements are delivered with clear requirements, thorough testing, and strong user adoption.

Why join Tradeify

  • Help build the financial infrastructure of a growing fintech business.

  • Own meaningful work with direct visibility across Finance, Operations, Product, and leadership.

  • Join a collaborative, execution-oriented team that values sound judgment, clear communication, and continuous improvement.
