Job Description
We are seeking a Network Analysis (LAN and WAN) Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining complex network infrastructures, ensuring high-performance, scalability, and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of LAN and WAN technologies, protocols, and architectures.
Key Responsibilities

1. Support and maintain all network hardware (LAN and WAN)
2. Install and configure network communications systems including physical infrastructure build outs.
3. Support day-to-day service requests and trouble tickets using enterprise ServiceNow ticket system.
4. Provides specifications and detailed diagrams using standard templates for network baseline documentation.
5. Provide cost estimates for both LAN hardware and physical cable infrastructure for supported projects using standard ROM templates
6. Use enterprise tools to help support and troubleshoot wired and wireless network infrastructure.
7. Work directly with vendors and contractors to support project requirements.
8. Work with customer and assist in identifying specific requirements and design moderately complex network systems.
9. Participate with planning and assessment phases of projects and assist with project design/implementation phases

Required Education, Experience, & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree and 2 years work experience in network analysis, design, and implementation.
• 2 years of experience with LAN and WAN technologies, including routing, switching, and network protocols.
• Cisco certifications highly preferred (CCNA/CCNP)
• Experience configuring Cisco switches using CLI (command line interface)
• Solid understanding of IT environment and infrastructure, including Cisco switches and Wireless APs as well as the physical infrastructure cabling.
• Strong understanding of network architectures, protocols, and technologies.
• Proficiency in network design and implementation tools like Cisco Catalyst Center and Solarwinds

Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills

• CCNA/CCNP certification in routing and switching preferred OR equivalent experience
• Good understanding of Cisco IOS/IOS-XE
• Good understanding of Cisco SD-WAN environment including vManage
• Knowledge of Cisco Identity Services Engine (ISE)
• Good understanding of ServiceNow ticketing system
• Knowledge of UPS
• Knowledge of creating and maintaining network IDF/MDF documentation

Pay Information
Full-Time Salary Range: $79365 - $134921
Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
