This role involves planning, designing, and implementing network architecture, managing data center facilities, and ensuring secure and efficient network operations. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and implement the overall company network architecture.
- Manage and maintain data center facilities to support business operations.
- Optimize network design based on evolving business requirements.
- Design and evaluate network architecture for deploying application systems in manufacturing environments.
- Lead OA network projects, backbone network development, maintenance, and renovation planning.
- Assess and implement cybersecurity measures; manage ongoing maintenance of security systems.
- Analyze and resolve complex network and security issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address network-related needs and challenges.
- Oversee network construction and maintenance across the North America region.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of experience in network technology or related roles.
- Strong understanding of network architecture design (WAN and LAN), with practical experience in large-scale network implementation—preferably in manufacturing environments.
- Solid architectural design skills and the ability to integrate multi-level requirements into effective solutions.
- Familiarity with networking devices and technologies, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Strong foundational knowledge of networking protocols and technologies: TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, LAN, STP, switching, and network security.
- Excellent learning ability, communication and coordination skills, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and verbal communication skills.
- Effective cross-departmental collaboration and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional certifications such as CCIE are highly preferred.
