You’ll help design and scale the structure of our network, ensuring we have the right providers in the right places to meet patient demand—efficiently, compliantly, and with clinical excellence.

This is a highly cross-functional role that blends network development, strategic operations, and data-informed planning. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across Network Operations, Clinical Strategy, Marketing, Product, and Commercial Growth teams.

What you’ll do as a Network Operations Manager:

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Network Operations, Clinical Strategy, Product, and Commercial teams to identify high-impact opportunities for expansion and optimization.
Build and maintain strategic frameworks and models to guide decision-making on network expansion, configuration, and resourcing.
  • Contribute to provider compensation strategy development and optimization, aligning incentives with clinical quality and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to network quality improvement initiatives by surfacing inefficiencies, tracking performance metrics, and recommending structural improvements.
  • Partner with Product stakeholders to operationalize network strategies through tools, workflows, and system enhancements.
  • Assist in special projects focused on network transformation, care model innovation, or payer readiness.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years experience in operations, strategy, or network management within healthcare, preferably digital health or virtual care.
  • Strong understanding of provider network design, utilization management, and clinical capacity planning.
  • Strong analytical skills with the demonstrated ability to use data analysis to build impactful insights. Expertise in Excel is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to tailor written and verbal communication to a specific audience.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with clinical, product, finance, and growth teams to execute strategic initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and the desire to bring structure to undefined procedure.
  • Highly organized and adaptable; thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
  • A passion for driving better access and outcomes in behavioral health.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or Master’s in Health Administration or related field preferred.

Benefits:

  • A competitive salary
  • Fully paid for comprehensive health care (medical, dental, vision)
  • Pet Insurance
  • Life Insurance & Short / Long Term Disability
  • 401k Plan
  • Unlimited PTO and sick leave
  • Parental Leave
  • Work remotely and whatever schedule works best for you
  • Additional memberships and perks

Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including geographic location as well as candidate experience and expertise. If you have questions on compensation bands, please ask your recruiter.
