This is a remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and support internal and external network applications and supporting servers across the organization, working closely with the Systems Administrator and Software Development teams.
- Maintain databases across development, test, and production environments, ensuring stability and performance.
- Implement new requirements rapidly in response to internal and external requests.
- Provide full install, maintenance, and support for RedHat JBoss-EAP, including administration, configuration, updates, connectivity, product integration, and SSL/TLS connectivity across the Gold Comet product ecosystem.
- Deliver install, maintenance, and support services for HashiCorp Vault, including configuration, updates, connectivity, product integration, and SSL/TLS setup.
- Offer comprehensive install, maintenance, and support for Apache JAMES (email server) with a focus on administration, updates, connectivity, product integration, and SSL/TLS connectivity.
- Administer, configure, update, and support MySQL databases, ensuring SSL/TLS connectivity and integration across the Gold Comet product ecosystem.
- Provide actionable guidance to transition Gold Comet from an on-premises solution to a fully cloud-based SaaS platform.
- Identify opportunities to upgrade the existing software and hardware stack to meet future needs and business goals.
- Provide technical and sales support for all prospects and existing customers.
Requirements
Must Have:
- Proficiency in RHEL 8/9
- Strong knowledge of TLS/SSL system integration and connectivity
- Experience with OpenSSL
- MySQL Server expertise
- Windows Server administration
- Apache Tomcat administration
- Linux operating systems
Nice to Have:
- FIPS 140-2 compliance experience
- Docker containerization
- RedHat’s Podman
- IBM/HashiCorp Vault
- Apache JAMES (Email Server)
