Job Description:

MPS is seeking a new grad Applications Engineer

This Applications Engineer responsibilities will include enhancing and debugging analog IC products, developing reference circuits, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and providing application support for computing customers including Server and Notebook.

Essential functions:

  • Work with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to enhance and debug analog IC products.

  • Develop application reference circuits.

  • Write datasheets, application notes, design notes and papers in magazines and conferences to promote MPS products. 

  • Provide application support for key customers and field application engineers.

  • Provide power delivery network analysis and recommendations.

Qualifications:

  • MS in Electrical/Electronic Engineering is required.

  • Excellent writing and presentation skills.

  • Experience using laboratory equipment, including oscilloscope, power supplies, function generator, network analyzer, etc. 

  • Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment.

  • Kirkland, WA

Pay is based on market location and may vary based on factors including experience, skills, education and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position in California is $110,000 - $140,000. The base salary range for this position in Washington is $100,000 - $130,000.
