Join NVIDIA as an NPI PCB Technical Program Manager on the OPS Quick Turn PCB Engineering Service Team. We are looking for a motivated, technically skilled program leader to lead complex, cross-functional NPI PCB programs from concept to production. In this role, you will collaborate with engineering, product leaders, and supplier R&D teams to plan, implement, and reduce risks in advanced PCB and system bring-up programs essential to NVIDIA’s product roadmap.

What you'll be doing:

  • Lead internal and external cross-functional teams (Engineering, SI/PI, DFM, Quality, and PCB/Material suppliers) to complete NPI programs on time, within budget, and according to technical requirements.

  • Own end-to-end technical program management for advanced PCB builds (high-density-interconnect, high-layer-count) – from stack-up review and DFM through pre-order material, fabrication, and delivery to engineering teams.

  • Drive technical decision-making on trade-offs across schedule, cost, yield, and development risk; review stack-ups, impedance, materials, and panel utilization with suppliers and NV design teams.

  • Build and maintain detailed program schedules, critical paths, and risk registers. Lead just-in-time risk-buy strategy and proactively resolve schedule, capacity, and blocking issues with PCB suppliers and internal NV teams.

  • Track and communicate full-path PCB ordering status (order placement through goods receipt) to engineering requesters and leadership; publish clear, data-driven status to executive partners.

  • Define, instrument, and monitor important metrics (cycle time, timely delivery, yield, NPI quality) for internal teams and supplier performance. Drive continuous improvement of tools, workflows, and processes to scale the team’s output.

  • Run technical program reviews, gate meetings, and post-mortems; capture lessons learned and translate them into repeatable playbooks for future NPI programs.

What we need to see:

  • 10+ years of recent experience as Project Manager, Materials Manager, or equivalent responsibilities in NPI field.

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

  • Strong technical proficiency in PCB development and manufacturing fundamentals: stack-up, materials (CCL, prepreg), HDI / HLC processes, DFM, impedance, and panel utilization.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams that are geographically distributed. Able to coordinate with local and offshore suppliers. Skilled at prioritizing competing tasks under high pressure with minimal supervision.

  • Track record of managing multiple concurrent programs with shifting requirements and tight timelines; comfortable owning critical-path schedules and driving risk mitigation.

  • Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills; able to collect and coordinate large amounts of technical and program data accurately. Able to communicate data at the right level of detail for the audience.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present technical trade-offs and program status to engineering leaders and executives.

  • Practical experience working with SAP PRD and PDP / Windchill (or similar PLM / ERP platforms).

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Recent experience driving NPI activities on advanced compute, GPU, networking, or AI hardware platforms.

  • Deep hands-on experience with HLC and HDI PCBs, complex multi-supplier builds, and SI/PI or DFM trade-offs.

  • Experience defining program KPIs and building dashboards / automation that scale a global NPI operations team.

  • Hands-on experience leveraging leading-edge AI tools (e.g., Claude, Codex, Cursor) to accelerate program management workflows, automate reporting, and drive productivity gains across cross-functional NPI teams.

  • Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing, highly technical, and multifaceted business environment.
