Develop new OEM business across West Coast territories in the printed circuit board materials industry. Support engineering design-ins, specifications, and material selection while building relationships with OEMs and PCB fabricators. Assist with account strategies, lead generation, quoting, forecasting, CRM pipeline management, and customer program execution. Collaborate with field application engineers, product management, suppliers, and supply chain teams. Travel, including potential international travel, may be required.
Insulectro, the largest national distributor of Printed Circuit Board materials in the US is seeking an OEM Sales Manager to develop new business in our West Coast territories in the Printed Circuit Board industry. What You'll Do:
OEM Design-In & Business Development
Support early engagement with OEM engineering teams to learn how to secure specifications and design wins; assist in identifying and developing opportunities while gaining exposure to the full sales cycle. Learn to position advanced materials based on performance advantages for next-generation designs.
Customer & Fabricator Alignment
Build strong relationships with PCB fabricators and OEM stakeholders; support alignment on material selection, stack-ups, quoting, and program execution.
Strategic Account & Market Growth
Assist in executing account strategies across high-growth markets (aerospace/defense, AI/compute, RF, advanced packaging). Participate in industry events to build knowledge and contribute to lead generation.
Cross-Functional Execution & Operations
Collaborate with FAEs, Product Management, suppliers, and Supply Chain to support solutions and customer adoption. Learn to manage pipeline activity in CRM (Salesforce) and assist with forecasting, quoting and program execution.
Our Wish List:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Material Science, Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)

Compensation and benefits:
- Competitive pay from $84,000 - $110,000 annually based on experience/location
