TL;DR: Strala is rebuilding the foundation of the world’s largest industry - insurance.

In less than a year, we reached multi seven-figure ARR and are growing 50% MOM. We raised two rounds from Tier 1 funds including Peter Thiel’s Founders Fund, led by the partner who was early in OpenAI, Cognition and Scale AI. Our team comes from institutions like Harvard, Berkeley & Oxford and firms like Optiver, AMD & Palantir (+ICPC, NeurIPS backgrounds).

The role: You will sit inside the Office of the CEO and own the front line of how we grow: finding the best people in the market and getting them into our pipeline. This is high-volume, high-ownership sourcing work, and you’ll learn how a venture-backed company actually gets built by being the person who fills it.

What you’ll do:

  • Source candidates for our engineering and GTM roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Juicebox, and our target lists

  • Build and maintain organized talent pools in our ATS (Ashby)

  • Run personalized outreach sequences from team accounts

  • Screen and qualify profiles so the team only sees strong candidates

  • Map the companies and teams where the best talent actually is

Who you are:

  • Relentless and organized — you find the people other people can’t, and you don't drop the ball

  • Comfortable with high volume and clear metrics

  • A strong, concise writer (your outreach has to land)

  • Genuinely curious about startups, talent, and how companies get built

  • Bonus if you've done recruiting, sales, or sourcing before — but hustle beats resume here

  • Major Tech Employers: Google, Apple, Salesforce, Meta
