About Observable Space

Observable Space builds the end-to-end hardware and software infrastructure needed to operate in space. From advanced telescopes to distributed compute platforms, we deliver the foundational systems enabling continuous, real-time observation of the cosmos.

We are pioneering the industry’s first vertically integrated stack for space operations—combining precision opto-mechanical hardware, embedded computing, cloud orchestration, and developer-friendly APIs. Our products serve commercial operators, scientific institutions, government agencies, and astronomy enthusiasts alike.

Observable Space is backed by top-tier institutional investors including Upfront Ventures, Oceans Ventures, Venrex, Marlinspike Partners, and Embedded Ventures.

As we scale our team and physical footprint, we are looking for an Office Coordinator to take ownership of our day-to-day environment and keep the company running smoothly behind the scenes.

  • Assist with uncrating, moving, and setting up equipment, including large or delicate hardware.

  • Maintain organized storage areas for tools, materials, and incoming/outgoing equipment.

  • Interface with shipping carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers.

Office Operations

  • Keep the office fully stocked with supplies, consumables, and essentials.

  • Manage vendor relationships with cleaning crews, gardeners, waste services, and material suppliers.

  • Serve as a friendly, reliable point of contact for general office questions and day-to-day needs.

  • Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming work environment for the team.

General Operations Support

  • Identify inefficiencies and proactively improve operational workflows.

  • Support special projects and ad hoc needs as the company grows.

  • Help establish repeatable processes as we scale facilities and headcount.
