We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves wearing multiple hats, and is passionate about creating a smooth and positive office and employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day office operations to ensure a clean, well-stocked, and organized workspace.
- Be the go-to person for all office-related needs and a key contributor in maintaining a vibrant and supportive workplace culture.
- Manage office supplies, grocery orders, and vendor relationships.
- Handle travel arrangements- booking flights, hotels, transportation, and related logistics for business trips.
- Assist with expense tracking, payments, credit card reconciliation, and budget oversight.
- Organize, plan, and host all aspects of local company events - from parties, holidays, toasts, and lectures to weekly happy hours, team lunches, special celebrations, and other fun activities.
- Coordinate complex scheduling for executive team members, including meetings, offsites, and events.
- Take care of employees’ well-being, welcoming new employees, life cycle gifts, and recognitions.
- Support department administrative duties and ad hoc projects.
Requirements
- Working from the office at least 4 days a week.
- At least 1 year experience in an office management role at a similar-sized or fast-paced company.
- Bachelor's degree (first degree) required.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple tasks and taking initiative, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Kind, friendly, and approachable, with a strong service mindset and a “can-do” attitude.
- High level of discretion and professionalism when working with executive leadership and sensitive information.
- Tech-savvy, with experience using tools like Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and basic financial software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
