About the role
We’re looking for an Office Manager to keep our SF office running smoothly and take a wide range of day-to-day operational tasks. You’ll own office logistics, onboarding set-up, vendors, supplies, basic facilities coordination, and team events - making the workplace feel organized, welcoming, and high-functioning.
This is a great role for someone who’s highly organized, service-minded, and loves making things run better behind the scenes.
What you’ll do
- Office operations & workplace support
- Own day-to-day office operations: supplies, snacks, kitchen stocking, stationery, printing, and basic organization.
- Manage vendor relationships for cleaning, maintenance, internet, deliveries, and ad hoc office needs.
- Coordinate with building management/engineers for repairs, access issues, and office maintenance.
- Maintain office systems (shared calendars, inventory lists, ordering processes) so things don’t live in people’s heads.
Onboarding & equipment logistics
- Coordinate new joiner setup: keycards/access, desk setup, onboarding swag, and day-one readiness.
- Order and manage equipment logistics (e.g., laptops, monitors, accessories), including receiving, tracking, and handoff.
- Partner with internal owners to ensure equipment and access are provisioned on time.
Travel & candidate logistics
- Book flights, hotels, and on-the-ground logistics for candidates coming onsite.
- Coordinate interview day details as needed (arrival instructions, office readiness, refreshments).
Admin + mail handling
- Manage incoming mail/packages: routing, scanning, shipping, check handling, and basic record-keeping.
- Submit checks and track important mail received; coordinate deposits/forwarding where needed.
Culture & events
- Plan and execute team moments: Fun Fridays, team lunches, birthday celebrations, holiday parties, and team-building activities.
- Manage catering and on-site food setup for meetings and events.
What we’re looking for
- 1-2+ office manager, workplace, admin, coordinator, or operations role internship experience (startup experience is a plus)
- Strong attention to detail and follow-through (you notice what’s missing before someone asks).
- Comfortable juggling multiple requests and prioritizing in a fast-moving environment.
- Great communication - you’re responsive, clear, and friendly with teammates and vendors.
- Able to lift/light move office items occasionally (boxes, supplies) and be on-site regularly.
Benefits & Perks
- Relocation & Visa Support
- We offer relocation assistance for candidates moving to San Francisco, along with visa and green card support where applicable.
- Comprehensive Health Coverage
- Medical, dental, and vision plans designed to support you and your family.
- Unlimited PTO
- Take the time you need to rest, recharge, and show up as your best self
- Commuter Benefits
- Monthly commuter stipend offered to make your daily commute easier and more affordable.
- Flexible Spending & Insurance
- Access to HSA and FSA accounts, as well as life insurance coverage.
- 401(k) Retirement Plan
- Save for the future with our 401(k) program.
