  • Act as the first line of support for employees’ office and workplace needs, delivering a friendly and professional experience

  • Plan and execute employee experience initiatives, including team events, office lunches, and in-office culture programs

  • Partner closely with the People Ops Manager to support onboarding, offboarding, equipment coordination, and workplace logistics

  • Identify and implement process improvements that enhance office efficiency and employee satisfaction

  • Jump into special projects and evolving operational needs, adapting quickly as priorities shift

  • 3+ years of experience in office management, workplace operations, facilities coordination, or a related role

  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously

  • Experience using modern workplace tools such as Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and calendaring systems

  • A proactive, resourceful mindset with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot and solve practical problems

  • Clear, friendly communication skills and a strong service-oriented approach

  • Experience handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism

  • A growth mindset and enthusiasm for improving systems, processes, and employee experiences

While not required, it’s an added plus if you have:

  • Experience with HRIS or ATS systems

  • Basic IT troubleshooting or office technology support experience

  • Prior experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup

  • Exposure to people operations processes or employee engagement programs

Benefits

  • 100% Medical, dental, and vision insurance

  • Flexible PTO, Parental Leave, Sick Leave

  • Competitive compensation and equity package

  • 401k

  • Commuter benefits

  • In-office snacks and Friday team lunches

  • Team-driven happy hours and celebrations
