Why we are hiring for this role:
- Ensure that daily operations run smoothly by managing schedules, handling office supplies, and maintaining a structured environment.
- Serve as a point of contact for various office-related matters, ensuring that tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, and things don't fall through the cracks.
- Manage administrative tasks such as meeting arrangements, office maintenance, and communication with vendors, the Office Manager frees up time for staff to concentrate on their primary responsibilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise in the office (e.g., equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or coordination conflicts), minimizing disruption to work.
- Manage the Procurement process
- Assist with personal tasks and errands for executives when necessary.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including office setup and orientation
- Draft and prepare correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as required.
- Assist in preparing agendas and materials for meetings and ensure executives are well-prepared for presentations, conferences, and calls.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence for executives, prioritizing responses as necessary.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
What kind of person are we looking for:
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong background in Procurement
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple competing priorities.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive matters.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
- Experience with project management tools
- Ensure office technology (e.g., phone systems, computers, printers) is functioning effectively, and work as IT support when needed.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Office Manager, with a proven track record of supporting senior leadership teams in fast-paced environments.

The annual compensation is expected to be between $90,000 - $120,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
