The Mailroom Associate maintains operational efficiency, supports shipping and logistics activities, and helps ensure compliance with company policies, carrier requirements, and safety standards. - Sort, process, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Deliver mail and packages throughout client locations according to established procedures.
- Process shipments through carriers including FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS.
- Handle accountable mail and packages while maintaining accurate tracking records.
- Assist with shipping, receiving, and package management activities.
- Maintain mailroom supplies and notify management when replenishment is needed.
- Operate postage equipment, shipping software, and package tracking systems.
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests in a professional and timely manner.
- Support bulk mailing projects and special delivery requests.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized mailroom environment.
- Follow company, client, and safety policies and procedures.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous mailroom, shipping, logistics, customer service, or office services experience preferred.
- Basic knowledge of shipping and postal operations.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Frequent interaction with employees, clients, vendors, and management. Maintains a professional and customer-focused approach while supporting daily mailroom and shipping operations and ensuring timely resolution of customer requests.

The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $22.53 - $26.50
