What you will do 

 

As a member of your project team, you’ll work alongside colleagues of all levels and clients worldwide to solve complex problems and drive meaningful change. 

  • You’ll help teams understand client challenges by conducting research, gathering data, running surveys and interviews, and turning information into clear insights. 

  • You’ll analyze problems, identify patterns, test hypotheses, and help structure recommendations that support client decision-making. 

  • You’ll contribute to client-ready deliverables, including presentations, analysis, workshops, and discussions that help move projects forward.

  • You’ll have the opportunity to work across our industries and capabilities, with the flexibility to specialize early or explore different areas before choosing a path.

  • You’ll likely have the chance to travel within your home market and internationally. No two weeks are ever the same. 

  • You’ll build core consulting skills from the start, including how to structure your work, communicate clearly, contribute to team problem-solving, and manage your priorities.

Who can apply? 

  • Applicants with a Bachelors or Master’s degree only are eligible to apply for this vacancy. 

  • Prior internships in consulting-relevant environments (other consultancies, in-house consultancies or in industries we advise such as banking and financial services, private equity, transportation, etc.). 

  • We look for people who display initiative, intuition, and creativity with a strong problem solving and analytical mindset. We do not require specific academic majors or industry experience; we value diversity of experience and skills, extracurricular activities, and evidence of leading an interesting and impactful life outside of your studies. 

  • Language skills: business fluent in German and English.
