About Us

Partnerships are the future of go-to-market. They drive 30-50% of company revenue, yet most partner teams are stuck with spreadsheets, email chains, and outdated CRMs, tools never built for partnerships at scale. The result? Wasted time, lost deals, and inefficiencies that kill growth.

Euler is the AI-native PRM for modern partnership teams, built to replace manual work, eliminate partner friction, and turn partner activity into repeatable revenue and measurable ROI. We are not iterating on legacy PRM software. We are redefining what the category even is, and the market is taking notice.

We grew 600% YoY in 2025 and serve industry leaders, consistently winning against legacy solutions in competitive deals. We move fast, build intentionally, and lead the market on innovation and AI. If you're excited to solve big problems, work with smart teammates, and shape the future of partner tech, we'd be glad to meet you.

Role Overview

As an Onboarding Engineer at Euler, you will own the technical execution and coordination of customer onboarding. This is a hybrid role that combines technical depth with project orchestration - you'll ensure every customer launches successfully by managing integrations, coordinating cross-functional handoffs, and troubleshooting technical blockers alongside our Onboarding Manager and Customer Success team.

You report to Engineering but work as an equal partner with the Onboarding Manager on the customer journey. You're the technical backbone that makes onboarding smooth, predictable, and scalable. This role is critical to retention - customers who onboard well stay longer and expand faster.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the technical setup phase of onboarding - API integrations, data mapping, CRM configuration, authentication and security setup
  • Work alongside the Onboarding Manager to coordinate the complete onboarding lifecycle - from kickoff through go-live and handoff to CSM
  • Troubleshoot technical issues that arise during onboarding - integration failures, data sync problems, configuration challenges
  • Build and maintain onboarding runbooks, integration guides, and technical documentation that scale with the team
  • Collaborate with Engineering to escalate product issues, report bugs with clear reproduction steps, and advocate for features needed to improve onboarding success
  • Partner with the Customer Success team to ensure smooth handoff from onboarding to ongoing support
  • Define and track onboarding success metrics - time to first value, technical blockers, integration completion rate
  • Proactively identify and communicate onboarding risks early, proposing solutions to keep timelines on track
  • Support the Onboarding Manager on customer communication around technical topics and timelines
  • As the team scales, help design and mentor additional onboarding engineers
What We're Looking For
  • 3-4 years of technical experience in B2B SaaS implementation, onboarding, or customer success engineering
  • Strong hands-on technical skills - comfortable with APIs, data integrations, and troubleshooting technical problems
  • Clear written and verbal communication - you can explain technical concepts to non-technical customers and process plans to leadership. This is key to the role.
  • Experience managing customer implementations or onboarding - understanding the full lifecycle from kick-off to go-live
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills - ability to juggle multiple customer onboardings and track details obsessively
  • Experience with CRM integrations (Salesforce, HubSpot) or similar enterprise tools is a plus
  • Consultative mindset - you ask thoughtful questions to understand customer needs and propose solutions proactively
  • High attention to quality - you catch issues before they impact customers and prevent them from happening again
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and build strong relationships across Sales, CS, and Engineering teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience demonstrating technical depth
What Will Not Work Here
  • Viewing onboarding as purely customer service rather than technical execution
  • Letting technical issues slide or assuming "we'll fix it in support"
  • Siloed thinking - this role requires constant coordination across teams
  • Inconsistent quality - one customer's onboarding can't be great and another's mediocre
Nice to Have
  • Experience with Bubble.io, n8n, or other low-code/no-code platforms
  • Background in partnership or ecosystem tools
  • Experience writing technical documentation or knowledge bases
  • Familiarity with AWS Lambda or similar serverless architectures
Why Join Us
  • Impact: Directly shape the first experience every customer has with Euler - this drives retention and expansion
  • Growth: Hybrid role that grows into leadership - technical depth plus operational ownership
  • Equity: Stock options in a profitable, high-growth SaaS company
  • Compensation: Competitive salary and benefits
  • Partnership: Work closely with a strong Onboarding Manager and CS team

We'd love to meet you.
