About Archy

Smile! Those teeth you are showing deserve the best care you can give them, yet the status quo of the software your dentist uses today is outdated.

Archy is a Series B vertical SaaS solution revolutionizing the dental practice management space — giving dental providers AI agents and software that lets them do what they do best (be dentists!) while we handle the more technical sides of running their practice business.

Job Description:

Archy is adding an Onboarding Manager to the Customer Experience team. As an Onboarding Manager, you’ll partner with each Dental Practice and take over onboarding responsibilities from the Sales Team. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring each Dental Practice can implement their Archy software, host working sessions and training, and offer custom support.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Deeply understand the business goals and focus of each dental practice to ensure they are set up for long-term success.

  • Provide support and guidance on account setup, addressing both dental operation questions and general technical inquiries.

  • Support dental practices with setting up new systems that integrate with Archy, including imaging software on X-ray and pano machines, e-prescribe software, and text messaging services.

  • Expected to actively adopt and integrate AI tools into day-to-day workflows to enhance productivity, decision-making, and overall impact.

  • Conduct live virtual training sessions with each dental practice’s staff to showcase Archy’s capabilities and answer questions from their team members.

  • Partner closely with the Sales team and each practice to ensure onboarding is completed within the target timeframe, meeting monthly revenue goals.

  • Ensure each practice completes its onboarding within the desired timeframe to guarantee future success with the Archy platform.

  • Collaborate with other Archy team members to ensure practice questions and concerns are addressed promptly.

  • Investigate potential technical problems with migrated data by troubleshooting with the practice and proactively seeking solutions.

  • Contribute to internal and external documentation by adding new information and updating best practices as you learn from each implementation.

Job Requirements:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry (dental industry preferred).

  • Experience in the SaaS industry (healthcare or dental SaaS preferred).

  • Experience engaging with high-level practice owners and an understanding of the intricacies of running a dental practice.

  • Leverages AI tools and automation in everyday work to move faster, improve outcomes, and continuously raise the bar on how we operate.

  • Demonstrated business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs, articulate value, and influence stakeholders.

  • Proven track record of proactively guiding customers through a technical onboarding process.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to foster positive relationships and identify the root cause of customer inquiries.

  • Basic technical background to diagnose initial concerns (e.g., troubleshooting browsers, hardware connections, and computer peripherals).

  • Strong sense of accountability and exceptional personal organization.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and equity (some roles may be eligible for performance-based incentives or bonuses)

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 401(k) plan

  • Flexible vacation policy

  • Remote-friendly culture
