Money Market Funds (MMF) are an efficient method of investing in a diversified portfolio of high-quality, short-term instruments whilst providing daily liquidity. Citi offers over 160 money market funds from 16 premiere fund providers allowing organizations to centralize global investing with real-time quotes and trading via Citibank(R) Online Investments (OLI) portal. Online Investments makes MMF investments available across the following three channels: Client self-service, Desk trading, and automated MMF sweeps.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Commercialization priorities for the US Domestic MMF clients, include on-going contact with top clients, monitoring client satisfaction, and ensuring client awareness of new feature/functionality.

  • New lead generation and Cross sell solutioning opportunities along with RFP submissions.

  • Partner with Regional and Cluster Teams to identify country expansion opportunities, new funds onboarding and holistic design/ delivery of aggressive growth strategies to grow assets under management (Plan estimates AUM to double in next three years, to surpass $50BN (Global) by 2026).

  • Oversee the client journey from deal win through client trade entry, lead process improvement strategies around onboarding and service, and support expansion efforts across LOBs to broaden the off-balance sheet product mix.

  • Partner with the team to do a full assessment of potential risks and controls that will need to be devised and implemented as we derisk our onboarding and client set up maintenance process, integrate CCB and other services LOBs to use the Global Money Market Fund Portal, funds expansion and solutions/ options we offer to new clients.

  • Participate in Cluster MBR/ QBR / Risk Committees for NAM and deliver on all asks / changes identified (continually changing) in response to the US MMF regulatory guideline changes.

Qualifications:

  • 5-8 years of relevant experience especially in a product management role or similar

  • Working knowledge of deposit/ cash investment related banking regulations and/ or US MMF regulations.

  • Understanding of institutional liquidity and investment practices, solutions, and systems

  • Interpersonal and communications/presentation skills

  • Ability to prioritize effectively, appreciating and adapting to a fast-moving business environment

Education:

  • University degree, master’s degree preferred
